What’s The Opportunity
This opportunity will suit an experienced individual who is looking to progress their career, and who has a desire and ability to help further grow our business whilst working in a supportive team within the Winchester office. The role will allow the individual independence to lead and manage exciting projects as well as opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers on high‑profile projects.
Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager is required; experience within the Healthcare, Education, Defence, and/or Maritime sectors would be an advantage. Alongside the delivery of projects, this is also an opportunity to use and further develop leadership skills in a young and energetic team.

- Ideally degree educated in a relevant engineering / project management related subject
- Ideally chartered, progressing to, or considering chartership within RICS, APM or CIOB
- Strong understanding of project delivery processes at all RIBA stages.
- Significant construction consultancy project management experience or experience of working with construction consultants
- The ability to lead projects and teams, and to develop long‑lasting client relationships, with autonomy
- The ability to set up and drive new projects from inception, including the early stages strategizing and team building, to on‑site delivery, completion and handover
- Exceptional communication and reporting, incorporating the use of MS Office, MS Project and/or alternative scheduling software.
