This isn’t a “support role” – you’ll be trusted to take ownership from day one.
Based in our Winchester office, you’ll:
- Deliver projects independently while being backed by an experienced team
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development
- Work across a broad mix of sectors, gaining well‑rounded experience
The team is close‑knit, collaborative, and quality‑focused – we prioritise doing good work over high‑volume delivery.

What you’ll be doing- Delivering cost management and commercial advice across multiple projects
- Managing budgets, cost plans, procurement, and contract administration
- Leading client interactions and providing strategic input
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to project success from inception through to completion
- Consultancy (PQS) experience, ideally at Senior level
- MRICS qualified, or working towards it
- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
- Confidence managing projects and building client relationships
