You’ll manage your own portfolio, lead audits end-to-end, and be the go-to person for your clients. Expect variety, autonomy, and the space to shape how the audit team continues to grow. You’ll coach juniors, contribute to business development, and play a key role in strengthening the audit service line.

• ACA/ACCA qualification
• At least 6 years of UK practice experience
• Strong audit delivery and people leadership skills
• Confident communicator with a commercial edge
• Demonstrated desire for more than just another audit manager job
