What the Fast‑Track Programme Offers
  • A structured 6‑month leadership development pathway
  • Hands‑on experience in team coordination and supervision
  • Fully funded training aligned with CQC Well‑Led standards including CHAPS (Care Home Assistant Practitioner Skills) training.
  • Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback
  • A clear pathway into a Team Leader position, with appointment made as soon as a suitable vacancy becomes available upon programme completion
What We’re Looking For Your

Experience:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Experience working as a Care Assistant in Adult Social Care
  • Strong understanding of person‑centred care
