Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to run a 109m new build college building in Winchester.
You will lead input to design development, construction methodology and programme of works, ensure smooth on-site progress, safety and quality, and resolve issues.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and Contracts Manager, this role anchors preconstruction through to project on-site delivery on a secured 18-month programme.
