The Opportunity
We re supporting a leading healthcare organisation on a large-scale Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a long-term contract.
Reporting into the Programme Lead, you ll take ownership of a key workstream, driving delivery, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring momentum is maintained across the programme. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role where relationship management and proactive delivery are just as important as technical project management experience.
While experience with Oracle Health Insurance is advantageous, it is not essential. Candidates with a strong background in healthcare or health insurance transformation will be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of a key project workstream within a large transformation programme.
- Drive testing activities between business, technology and implementation partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery against programme milestones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and delivery partners.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and project plans.
- Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams to keep delivery on track.
- Maintain clear communication with senior stakeholders and programme leadership.
We re looking for someone who combines strong delivery capability with excellent interpersonal skills.
You ll Be- An experienced Project Manager with a background in healthcare, health insurance or healthcare technology.
- Comfortable working across business and technology teams.
- Proactive, organised and able to take ownership of delivery.
- A confident communicator who builds credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative in your approach, with the ability to influence without creating conflict.
- Someone who enjoys driving momentum and solving problems rather than waiting for direction.

Previous Oracle Health Insurance experience is desirable but not essential. Candidates with transferable experience from similar healthcare platforms are encouraged to apply.
Working EnvironmentYou ll join a collaborative programme team supporting a large client organisation. The immediate delivery team is lean, meaning you ll play a visible role in driving progress and maintaining momentum across your workstream while working alongside a much larger client‑side stakeholder group.
Success in this role will come from building trusted relationships, collaborating effectively across teams and ensuring delivery remains on track throughout the programme.
Working Pattern- Hybrid working
- Typically on-site in Brighton on Tuesdays
- Occasional travel for workshops (up to three days when required)
- Periodic meetings in London
