Red Chilli Recruitment is supporting a specialist composite manufacturer in North Hampshire to recruit a Pre Preg Composite Laminator on an ongoing contract. This hands-on role requires producing composite parts and tooling to drawings in a production environment with a strong emphasis on quality.
You will work with pre-pregs or wet layup, read engineering drawings, prepare moulds, and support cure processes in a team-based workshop.
