Production Operative

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and growing food manufacturing company near Winchester, for a reliable and hands‑on Production Operative to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with food production experience who is ready to get stuck in and contribute from day one.

• Operating production machinery and following recipes/instructions accurately
• Maintaining strict hygiene standards (clean as you go)
• Carrying out quality checks and completing paperwork correctly
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production (training provided)
• Good attention to detail with strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Food Safety or Health & Safety qualifications are an advantage
• Reliable, hands‑on and team‑focused attitude
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required (due to limited public transport access)

• AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:15
• PM Shift: 14:00 - 22:15
