Production Supervisors

Production Supervisors sought to join an award-winning, £multimillion turnover food manufacturing company based in Bilston. They are a privately owned company who supply numerous sectors including food service, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad. They are permanent, full-time positions on the PM shift (Tuesday to Friday: 2pm – 10.30pm, Saturday: 9am – 5.30pm). There are positions available from Level 3 and Level 4 depending on candidate skills and experience, with hourly rates reflecting these levels.

Your duties as Production Supervisor:
Manage an assigned production area, overseeing daily production schedules Drive day-to-day operational performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets Support, develop and look after your team, promoting wellbeing, fairness and respect at all times Create a positive working environment Maintain accurate and timely data within the computerised production system Lead and support a team of Line Operatives and Machine Minders Communicate clearly and confidently in English Demonstrate and role-model our Company Values in all aspects of your work Production Supervisor skills & experience:

Experience with in food manufacturing. Previous leadership experience (Team Leader, Senior Team Leader, Supervisor or similar). Strong understanding of production KPIs including OEE, yield, waste, quality and labour efficiency. Experience managing teams, training staff and driving performance. Good knowledge of food safety, GMP and audit standards. Demonstrable history of career progression and increased responsibility. Hungry to learn, develop and progress. Hands-on leader who enjoys being on the shop floor and solving problems.

Strong communicator who can motivate teams and build a positive culture. Demonstrable energy, drive, accountability, a learning mindset and the potential to progress into more senior leadership roles in the future. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Production Supervisors with experience in food manufacturing.

The successful candidate must be a strong people leader who is highly motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about developing their career. The role requires someone who leads from the factory floor rather than from an office. Pay & Benefits: £14.97 (Level
