Proactive are currently in search of multiple Assemblers to start work immediately with a company based in Stockbridge. This is an exciting opportunity working for a market leading manufacturing company offering ample opportunity for progression and development.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture and assembly of parts
Fitting of parts and components
Reading and understanding assembly diagrams
Meeting set production targets
Ensure products are built to appropriate quality standards.
Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times
Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work area
Escalate issues to line management as required
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.

Knowledge, Education, and Skills

Ability to prioritise workload
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
Strong communication and team working skills
High regard for Health and Safety
Gives and welcomes feedback and contributes to building a positive team spirit
