Registered Mental Health Nurse – Older People's Mental Health (OPMH)
We are seeking a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to older adults with mental health needs (including dementia, depression, anxiety and psychosis) on our inpatient ward.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out assessments and develop/review care plans.
- Administer medication and manage medication safety.
- Identify and manage risks, maintain accurate records.
- Provide emotional and practical support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
- Promote dignity, independence and recovery.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with NMC registration.
- Proficiency in computer systems (RiO).
- Excellent communication skills, resilience and sound clinical judgement.
- Ability to build therapeutic relationships and work in a busy ward setting.

Contract & Working PatternPermanent, full‑time.
Salary£32,073 to £39,043 a year (based on full‑time hours).
