Community Staff Nurse

Dear Community team matron,

I wanted to let you know how appreciative we were of the care and support provided by your district nursing staff during the latter stages of my wife's illness. The care provided by all the nursing staff who visited was outstanding. They were very caring and professional in all they did, and I will never forget their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile.
