Winchester City Council is seeking an organized Home ownership Officer to support the management of Shared Ownership, Leasehold, Right to Buy and Private Residential Lettings services.
You will administer Right to Buy applications, ensure compliance with legislation and statutory timescales, manage service charges, provide day-to-day leasehold and home ownership management services, interpret lease agreements, and support income collection and arrears recovery.
