Key responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

Preparing café-style meals, including afternoon teas and themed event days
Catering for private functions held on site
Planning menus and managing stock control
Baking cakes, tray bakes, and savoury pastries
Working as a sole chef, supported by a kitchen assistant
