• Fri: 14:00 – 22:00
• Sat: 09:00 – 17:00

Pay Rate – Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We typically offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but we also have opportunities for fewer hours (minimum 12).

The availability windows shown are the periods we schedule contracted hours within, and we provide three weeks' notice of shifts. We support flexibility – if your availability closely matches but does not exactly match the advertised times, we would still love to hear from you.

• Assist customers to give great service and support their shopping experience.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas where required.
• Apply training to work safely and efficiently, delivering excellent customer service.
• Make decisions that are right for customers and meet their needs in a timely manner.
• Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and work with the team to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Follow company policies, live the values, and ensure all customers feel welcome.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.
