Goadsby are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to complement our existing team within the Winchester office.

• a competitive basic salary plus commission

• generate and book lettings valuations
• manage the applicant list and conduct property viewings
• liaise with tenants and landlords, progressing lets through to completion

• be a team player with the ability to work well under pressure
• be resilient and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Full driving licence required.
