Hampshire County Council is seeking a Senior Case Worker to join the Younger Adults Review Team. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, support independence and wellbeing, and guide colleagues in best practice.
Hybrid role based in Hampshire with four days remote; temporary contract and a salary of £33,178–£36,369. You will review care packages countywide and coordinate with families, providers and health professionals.
