Guardian Jobs is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Rough Sleeping Drug & Alcohol Treatment Team in Hampshire. You will manage a complex caseload, undertake assessments, and promote wellbeing and independence through person‑centred support planning.
You will also supervise a Senior Case Worker, triage safeguarding referrals, and apply key legislation including the Mental Capacity Act, Care Act, and Mental Health Act to ensure effective outcomes for service users.
