Assistant Manager
you’llwork with professional health and social care colleagues to deliver excellent social work services. As an experienced, qualified Social Worker,you’llhandle safeguarding, complexcasesand resource allocation, helping adults leaving hospital achieve to the best outcomes.
- Lead and manage Senior Case Workers and Social Workers.
- Handle a small, complex caseload.
- Assessrisk.
- Support the duty function and deputise for the Team Manager.
- Assistin strategic planning and service delivery.
- Provide regular supervision and support to team members.
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England (SWE).
- Experience in safeguarding, complex case work and resource allocation.
- Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
