Job Introduction

Help create safer communities for our customers...

Anti-social behaviour can have a significant impact on people's lives.

Whether it's persistent nuisance, harassment, neighbour disputes or more serious criminal behaviour, our customers need someone who can take ownership, understand the issues and work collaboratively to achieve lasting solutions.

As an ASB Officer at A2

Dominion, you'll manage a varied and complex caseload across our communities, ensuring customers feel supported while taking robust and appropriate action where needed.

This is a highly collaborative role where no two days are the same.

You'll work closely with residents, colleagues and partner agencies to investigate reports of ASB, gather evidence, identify solutions and help create safer neighbourhoods.

From attending multi-agency meetings to supporting legal action where required, you'll play a key role in delivering positive outcomes for our customers.

As a mobile role, you'll spend time visiting customers and communities across our operational areas, alongside regular attendance at our Winchester office. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

A Standard DBS check is required for this role.

Please refer to the attached Role Profile for full responsibilities and deliverables.
