• Architect, develop, and maintain secure, scalable cloud applications using full‑stack technologies aligned with the needs of IBM’s Public Sector and Defence clients.
• Lead and mentor junior and mid‑level developers, promoting a culture of innovation, quality, and technical excellence.
• Oversee the resolution of complex technical challenges, applying deep expertise in full‑stack cloud development to mission‑critical environments.
• Enhance development practices and processes, ensuring they meet industry standards and IBM delivery expectations.
• Influence and shape the technical direction of cloud application development within the Public Sector and Defence portfolio.
• Lead smaller projects end‑to‑end, from architecture and design through deployment, demonstrating strong technical and project leadership.
• Support the growth of Junior Developers through ongoing coaching and knowledge sharing.

Bachelor's Degree

• Demonstrated mastery in full‑stack development, including both front‑end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back‑end (Node.js, Python, Ruby) technologies.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and services.
• Proven leadership qualities, with a track record of managing teams and delivering projects.
• Exceptional problem‑solving capabilities, with a history of effectively addressing and resolving complex engineering issues.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members, stakeholders, and upper management.

• Hands‑on experience working with containerization platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of serverless architectures and microservices‑based application design.
• Familiarity with event‑driven systems and related design patterns.
