We're looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to join IBM Consulting Future Now and help deliver mission-critical solutions for some of the UK's most complex and interesting technology programmes. As part of our Digital Product Engineering practice, you'll work within multidisciplinary Agile teams to design, build, test and deploy secure cloud-native applications. You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects, technologies and domains, helping clients solve real-world challenges whilst continuing to develop your own technical and consulting skills.

This is a hands‑on engineering role for developers who enjoy building modern applications, solving technical problems and working collaboratively with both colleagues and clients.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, taking ownership of technical delivery whilst helping to drive engineering excellence within your team.

• Design, develop, test and deploy modern cloud-native applications.
• Build secure, scalable and maintainable solutions across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Develop APIs, integrations and services within distributed and microservices-based architectures.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, product owners and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution development activities.
• Support code reviews, mentoring and knowledge sharing across delivery teams.
• Contribute to engineering standards, automation, continuous integration and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges while maintaining a focus on quality, security and performance.
• Apply modern software engineering practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Bachelor's Degree

IBM Consulting needs system-level thinkers & consultative software engineers with experience across both front-end and back-end development.
