Immediate starts available Despatch Operatives Required Weekly Pay Quest Employment are currently recruiting Despatch Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Lutterworth, LE17. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay and regular afternoon/evening hours.

Candidates must be flexible to stay beyond 9:00pm where required to complete the day's work.

The Role As a Despatch Operative, your duties will include:
Processing and preparing stock and orders for despatch accurately and efficiently Moving stock safely around the warehouse using the appropriate equipment where required Following site procedures, instructions and health and safety requirements Checking stock and order information for accuracy Maintaining good housekeeping and a safe, organised working environment Working effectively with colleagues to meet daily operational requirements General warehouse and despatch duties as required Key Skills and Experience We are looking for candidates who are:
Reliable and punctual with good attendance Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Have good attention to detail and a practical approach to warehouse work Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment Flexible to stay beyond scheduled hours when required Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous warehouse, despatch, picking, packing or logistics experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
