TRG, a professional services and consulting firm, is seeking Junior Records Consultants to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Winchester, VA on the 1st shift only (7:00 am – 3:30 pm).
Compensation and BenefitsCompensation may include a sign‑on bonus.

This position requires an active Top‑Secret Security Clearance.

Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare hard‑copy records for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, binder clips, and reassembling physical files to the condition in which it was received.
- Scan hard‑copy files to electronic images.
- Burn project CDs, file mail, retrieve, and return files to the shelf.
- Box records for shipment and check the date of file for transfer eligibility.
- Destroy records, create records inventories, and perform data entry.
- Conduct page‑by‑page reviews of files and appropriately identify and mark records for further review by classification staff, inventorying records.
- Box records for shipments, verify the date of files for transfer eligibility, and palletize records for shipment.
- Conduct other analytical records‑management related functions as requested.
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
- Active DOD Top‑Secret Clearance is required (must be eligible for CI Poly).
- Ability to independently perform assigned records‑management functions.
- Ability to responsibly learn, access, research and utilize application(s) and database(s), including Content Manager, Sentinel, HR Source, DIVS, and CATS.
- Experience performing support‑related services and in an office environment is preferred.
- Competency in organizing and maintaining files, records database/record‑keeping systems, and preparing routine, non‑complex documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word, to track, monitor, and develop stats/reports for assigned tasks.
- Ability to wear and tolerate personal protective equipment for prolonged periods (e.g., rubber gloves, surgical face masks).
- Must be able to stand and sit for prolonged periods and climb ladders for accessing shelving and files.
