Job Title: Concierge
Job Type: PRN
Shift: 12-hour day shifts as needed
Pay Range: $16.50 - 22.00 an/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

- Greets and assists visitors along with maintaining the lobby area.
- Answers main-line switchboard; takes messages and routes calls as required.
- Monitors designated emergency panels; alerts appropriate staff for concerns and occurrences.
- Keeps daily record of residents leaving and returning to community.
- May provide administrative support across community as assigned and keeps informed about community events, special scheduling and other daily functions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Flexibility and Adaptability:
Ability to adjust to changing priorities and tasks in a fast‑paced environment. - Multitasking
Experience:
Proven experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously. - Administrative
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative role. - Microsoft Proficiency:
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Communication
Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication abilities. - Confidentiality:
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Language Proficiency:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
