Are you passionate about cars and take pride in making them look and feel their best? Honey Car Winchester is looking for a General Reconditioning Technician to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team.

As a Reconditioning Technician, you’ll play a key role in preparing vehicles to meet our high standards for appearance and safety. Quality vehicles ensure the customer experiences The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car. Honey Car’s simple process, transparent market pricing, desirable inventory, and daily onsite training will ensure a successful outcome for the Used car technician and the customer!

• Perform general reconditioning tasks including detailing, light mechanical work, and cosmetic repairs
• Conduct thorough inspections and communicate findings to the service/recon team
• Ensure vehicles are lot-ready in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with bodywork, buffing, light interior/exterior repairs as needed
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the recon shop area

• Prior Experience Automotive Reconditioning Preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
