Maine Drilling & Blasting Inc is seeking entry-level leaders for its Construction Superintendent Trainee (CST) program. You’ll join an executive development track designed to promote from within, travel within a multi-state area, and learn drilling, blasting, safety, budgets, procurement, and leadership skills.
You’ll be mentored and guided by a dedicated Development Plan to build toward future manager and supervisory roles, with opportunities to advance as the company grows.
