Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Winchester is growing and looking to add a Client Care Representative to join our customer-focused team. This top performing individual will be based out of our Winchester location. This role is all about making a great first impression—answering phones quickly, accurately booking service calls, handling all aspects of lead qualification and introducing customers to our valuable club membership program.

Competitive hourly pay ($15–$20/hr depending on experience)

Full‑time schedule with consistent hours Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls in a professional & courteous manner while providing excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians
• Maintain a sales‑friendly mindset to explain & promote our club memberships
• Complete work orders & return customer calls
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross‑training in related positions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Self‑motivated, driven to provide exceptional customer service, with active listening, communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills
• Prior experience in a high‑volume call center or similar customer service role
• Knowledge of scheduling/dispatch software:
  Service Titan or other scheduling software is a plus

Compensation: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
