Join Our Team! Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Winchester is growing and looking to add a Client Care Representative to join our customer-focused team. This top performing individual will be based out of our Winchester location. This role is all about making a great first impression—answering phones quickly, accurately booking service calls, handling all aspects of lead qualification and introducing customers to our valuable club membership program.

• Competitive hourly pay ($15–$20/hr depending on experience)
• Full-time schedule with consistent hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

• Receive incoming calls in professional & courteous manner while providing excellent customer service
• Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians
• Maintain sales friendly mindset to explain & promote our club memberships.
• Complete work orders & return customer calls
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, driven to provide exceptional customer service, active listening, communication skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
• Prior experience in a high-volume call center or similar customer service role
• Knowledge of scheduling/dispatch software:
  Service Titan or other scheduling software is a plus

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
