Path Group is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist to join a collegial group serving a busy regional referral facility in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. This is a full-time, hospital-based position offering a broad and stimulating case mix, opportunities for subspecialty work, and strong support from both local colleagues and Path Group’s extensive subspecialty network. The ideal candidate will bring excellent diagnostic skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering high-quality pathology services.

• Join an established pathology team serving a high-volume regional referral facility
• Diverse case mix including thoracic, gastrointestinal, breast oncologic, and general surgical pathology
• Exposure to non-gynecologic cytopathology, ROSE for interventional pulmonary procedures, and frozen section/intraoperative consultations
• Active involvement in multidisciplinary tumor boards and quality initiatives
• No autopsy requirement
