• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 10 years of practice experience

• Years of physician practice experience required
• Years of supervisory experience required

• Professional coding, billing, or revenue cycle knowledge preferred
• American College of Medical Practice Executives Certification (ACMPE) preferred

• Demonstrated leadership, management, and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to precept and mentor other staff members
• Proven experience building successful physician relations
• Demonstrated financial acumen and revenue cycle knowledge
