Shenandoah University is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to teach undergraduate computer science and mathematics courses. The position is expected to commence in Fall 2022.

Located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, Shenandoah University offers a vibrant environment that values innovative approaches and diverse ideas, welcoming innovators!

• A master's degree in mathematics or a related field is required; a PhD and 18 graduate credit hours in Computer Science courses are preferred.
• Post-doctoral experience is encouraged.
• Experience in teaching and the ability to explain technical and mathematical concepts effectively.
• Breadth to cover a range of computer science and algebraic or analysis courses.

Faculty are evaluated on teaching, research, and service, including advising and committee work.

This is a 9-month appointment with the possibility of summer teaching based on demand. Both visiting and career contract appointments at the appropriate rank are possible depending on credentials and interests.
