Summary
Primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day operations of the library at the middle school level, and ensure students are effective users of ideas and information. A focus on Maker Space development, research skills, and technology is preferred.
QualificationsApplicants must be eligible for or hold a Virginia teaching license with a Library Media Specialist Pre-K-12endorsement or be eligible for the same.
SalaryRange based on the Teacher Salary Scale is $53,000 - $82,243 with additional supplemental pay for 10 additional days and a graduate degree.
WorkdayFull-time/ 10 month/ 210 days
