Responsibilities

- Analyze and review sales program data, identifying trends, discrepancies, and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct warranty expense analysis and report on financial impacts.
- Review freight and logistics-related costs and offer insights for cost optimization.
- Assist with monthly close activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations for key accounts.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during the audit process.
- Provide guidance to junior accounting staff on accounting best practices and procedures.
- Review transactional inputs for proper classification and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports for internal management.

ExperienceWe are looking for an Accounting Professional with 3-5 years' experience in accounting and a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related fields. We are also looking for someone with the following:
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

SalaryBase Salary Range: $76,000 - $95,000
The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
