We are looking for an FP&A Business Partner, Sales Lead. You will work directly with the business and the rest of the FP&A team, providing analytical support and recommendations that directly impact the company's results, managing workflows and timelines and ensuring data integrity. You will demonstrate strong analytical skills and provide the framework for monthly financial projections, financial reporting and performance monitoring and will ensure database integrity, all of which require a strong technical background and excellent attention to detail.

• Support the monthly S&OP process by integrating inputs into revenue and margin outlooks.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and assess sales incentive programs.
• Partner with Sales and HR on the development of sales bonus programs and calculations.
• Help Sales leaders understand and manage key financial metrics (revenue growth, gross margin, contribution margin, and profitability by customer/product).
• Develop and present financial analysis and recommendations for the company's strategic initiatives to support the decision‑making process by various levels of company Management.
• Interpret and present financial analysis of monthly and quarterly results versus plan and prior year.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs that measure sales effectiveness and profitability.
• Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and financial reporting tools.
• Drive standardization and automation of sales finance processes where possible.
• Support financial systems implementation or enhancement initiatives related to sales data and analytics.

We are looking for someone with 5–10 years’ experience as a FP&A Business Partner or Senior Financial Analyst with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.

Base Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 annually

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
