Exelare is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) to join a clinic-based ABA day program serving clients in Winchester, VA. The role runs from 4 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, with in-person requirements at the Winchester clinic.
The BCBA will oversee all aspects of client treatment, including conducting intakes, developing and maintaining BIPs and treatment programs, and ensuring ethical, evidence-based care in collaboration with families and staff.
