Winchester, VA (may require occasional travel to Washington, DC; potential hybrid arrangement).

Security‑cleared Professional: You hold an active Top Secret U.S. government security clearance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years managing large teams (20+ employees) across complex systems; experience leading cutting‑edge development and Dev Ops teams.
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with technology/cloud systems.

• Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact.
• Take projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
• Define project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Conduct project meetings and manage project tracking and analysis.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
• Manage integration of vendor tasks and review vendor deliverables; provide technical and analytical guidance to the team.
• Recommend and take action to direct analysis and solution of problems.
