Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a respected law firm seeking an experienced and qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team in Winchester.
Key Responsibilities- Handling a broad range of commercial property matters
- Managing transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord/tenant matters
- Providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client portfolio
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property contracts
- Managing files independently while ensuring excellent client service
- Strong, relevant commercial property experience
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent)
- Solid background in commercial property law
