Personal Tax Senior Manager

Clark Wood, specialists in Tax recruitment, are partnering with a leading independent firm of Accountants in Winchester to recruit a Private Client Tax / Personal Tax Senior Manager.

This senior-level role will see you taking responsibility for a substantial and varied portfolio of Private Client/Personal Tax clients. You will oversee complex compliance work while leading and reviewing the work of junior staff. In addition to managing the team and workflow, you will work closely with the partners on high-level advisory and consultancy projects, playing a key role in developing client relationships and supporting the growth of the department.

• Significant experience in Private Client/Personal Tax within a practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge with the confidence to handle complex cases
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is highly beneficial
