Location: 325 Arbor Court, Winchester, VA 22602

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM

• Operate and set up CNC lathes to produce high‑quality, precision metal components in line with strict specifications.
• Inspect finished products with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure drawing adherence.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and safely adjust machine offsets or parameters.
• Participate in cross‑training duties such as laser marking, light mechanical assembly, or other tasks as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform routine machine maintenance and upkeep.
• Collaborate with the production team, maintain flexibility during rotating assignments, and complete all training programs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training program, vocational coursework, or relevant manufacturing certifications is a plus.
• Strong reading comprehension and math skills needed for interpreting blueprints and calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) or ability to learn quickly.
• Basic computer and data‑entry skills for recording production metrics.
• Prior exposure to CNC programming concepts or specific control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Mazak) is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lb, and perform repetitive tasks.
