Kraft Heinz in Winchester is launching the Tech U Apprenticeship to develop entry-level technicians into skilled Line Tech professionals through 12 months of hands-on training and classroom instruction at a Kraft Heinz facility. The program blends on-the-job learning with coursework delivered by the education partner, MTS, with safety, GMP, HACCP and quality checks guiding every milestone.
Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and show mechanical curiosity and reliability.
