DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver empathetic, compassionate care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. If you have not considered Nephrology before, read on – we think you should.

• Dialysis experience strongly preferred.
• Training may take place in a facility or other training location.
• Float to various facilities during and after training will be required.
• Flexible schedule: work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Part of a supportive team; staff RNs are central to a small interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co‑morbidities requiring unique treatment plans.
• Oversee patient group with PCTs for observations, measuring stats, and machine set up.
• Work full‑time in a hospital setting delivering dialysis in a fast‑paced environment.
• Specialty in multiple renal therapies:
  Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, CRRT, Apheresis.
• Dynamic environment: ICU, CCU, ED, etc.
• Regular and on‑call shifts with advance schedule; daily schedule may change.
• DaVita’s Inpatient Dialysis Program is Joint Commission Accredited.

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Dialysis experience preferred.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited school, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three‑year diploma from accredited program may substitute.
• One or more of the following (helpful but not required): ICU, CCU, ER, Med‑Surg experience;
  Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
• Successful completion of pre‑employment color‑blind test; accommodations may be provided.

DaVita is a clinical leader, with high percentage of facilities meeting CMS standards. Nurses are expected to improve patient health through goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
