• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to ensure high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
• Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current LPN license in the state of VA.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a hospital, long‑term care facility, or other related healthcare facility.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident‑focused care.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional, respectful environment.
