Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Type: Full-time Shift: Day Pay Range: $17.75 – $23.75 per hour (final offer reflects the candidate’s demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background).

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Prepare and serve meals according to individual needs.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
• Observe and promptly report any changes in residents’ conditions.

• Active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing.
• Genuine passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment.
• Dependable, patient, and physically able to assist with transfers.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive community.
• Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
