American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a Neurosurgery-focused Surgical Services unit requiring 2+ years of OR experience and Epic proficiency.

• Surgical Services unit specializing in Neurosurgery (brain and spine procedures)
• Works 3x12-hour day shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Every Saturday and Sunday required
• No on-call requirements
• No floating requirements
• Uses specialized equipment including MAZOR robot, stealth navigation, and O-arm ROSA
• Epic EMR experience required

• Active VA State RN license or compact license
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• ACLS and BLS (AHA only) certifications required
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• Epic experience required
• Neurosurgery experience preferred, including brain and spine procedures
• Additional preferred experience includes Neuro, Da Vinci Robot, Vascular, Orthopedic Trauma, Orthopedics, General Trauma, Urology, Thoracic, Bariatrics, Oncology, Plastics, and Breast
• US SSN required for consideration
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Provide perioperative nursing care within a Neurosurgery-focused OR setting
• Blue scrubs required per facility dress code policy
• Must reside outside a 65-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
• COVID and flu vaccination documentation required for consideration
