• Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes.
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation.
• Guide customers through our award‑winning brand experience and advise on style and fit.
• Perform cashier duties using modern store technology such as POS, tablets, and headsets.
• Promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while focusing on customers.
• Support the shipment process, gain product awareness, and contribute to omni‑order fulfillment including in‑store and curbside pickup.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Goal/achievement‑oriented.
• Some technical aptitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
