Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T1234) — Part-time position. Starting Hourly Rate: $15.50 USD per hour.

At Target, we believe in creating meaningful experiences for our team members and guests. A Style Consultant focuses on delivering strong operations, guest experience, and compelling visual merchandising presentations in-store.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use them to support guest needs.
• Move freight to the sales floor and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by performing priority and manual fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing execution for promotions and clearance.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services is returned to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with relevant laws.
• Greet guests, engage to understand needs, and thank guests for shopping with Target.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently or as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.
• Accurate cash handling skills; capable of climbing ladders and handling merchandise safely (lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally).
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable and prompt attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions and remain mobile during shifts.
