We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Thrift Store Associates to join our team. In this role, you will assist with daily operations of our thrift store: sorting donations, pricing items, and providing excellent customer service, directly contributing to raising funds that support patient care.

• Pricing and Merchandising:
  Price, stock, and merchandise display items for sale in the thrift shop.
• Store Operations:
  Open, close, and ensure proper operations during scheduled hours, maintaining high standards of service.
• Volunteer Coordination:
  Work closely with volunteers, providing guidance and support; help the manager orient new volunteers to procedures.
• Financial Management:
  Maintain accurate receipts of all sales and donations; ensure daily deposits are timely.
• Customer Service:
  Greet customers warmly, assist with questions, and thank them upon exit.
• Facility Maintenance:
  Assist in keeping shops, offices, and bathrooms clean and safe on a regular schedule.
• Autonomy:
  Perform job duties independently while supporting the community’s needs.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred or willingness to learn.
• Retail experience and customer service preferred.
