Assistant Manager – Domino’s Pizza About the Job

Domino’s is hiring assistant managers. It’s a tough job that needs natural leadership, judgment, math, and multitasking skills.
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, product quality, maintaining a perfect store image, customer relations, and service times.
You must lead by example by following ALL policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your team.
Required skills include:
- Ability to navigate a store and locate addresses within the delivery area
- Ability to drive in adverse weather conditions (rain, sleet, snow, high winds, hail)
- Positive, helpful attitude and willingness to conform to all image and uniform standards
- Ability to work alone and with others
- Desire to meet high quality control standards, even in fast‑paced circumstances
- All duties assigned to CSRs and Delivery Experts
- Train team members
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels during your shift
- Manage inventory
- Control cash
- Complete all required and requested reports
- Additional tasks as requested by General Manager and above‑store leadership
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen
- Strong hand/eye coordination
- Ability to receive instruction and complete tasks within a specified period of time
- Many tasks performed from a standing position; expected to remain standing for extended periods
- Walk briskly or run between store and delivery vehicle and between vehicle and customer location
- Lift up to 30 pounds; rarely lift up to 50 pounds
- Infrequently climb ladders to perform cleaning duties, change signs, perform maintenance
- Navigate five or more flights of stairs may be required during delivery of product
- Crouching, bending, and reaching performed frequently when preparing products, stocking, and cleaning
