Customer Service Order Entry Associate

Job Description

In this position, you will:

• Ensure that all customers are setup properly in the Net Suite system.
• Ensure that all orders, quotes, returns, and credits are being accurately entered, updated, and completed in the Net Suite system in a timely manner.
• Audit contract documentation and orders to confirm the timely and accurate completion of order requests.
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales personnel, and internal staff.

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must have intermediate computer skills with the ability to work proficiently with database applications.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess analytical skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
